This is the refund policy for contractors and home improvement companies purchasing referrals from RenovationReferrals.com.
No refunds. All sales are final. All first leads will be delivered within 7 days. All orders will be fulfilled within 30 days.
No guarantees are made as to the customers: Interest level, Credit Worthiness, Zip Code, Income level, or any other qualification factor for home improvement or home improvement financing. Live leads you miss will be marked as "no answer" and emailed to you.
No credits, returns, exchanges, or refunds will be made for leads.
Contractor is solely responsible for complying with All Local, State, and Federal Laws. Customer will indemnify and hold harmless RenovationReferrals.com and its officers, vendors, and employees for any violations, claims or liability customer incurs in connection with purchased leads.
